Elisa Rodriguez 
Town Treasurer

Elisa's skills are transferrable to the role of a town treasurer, contributing valuable qualities such as strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, budget management expertise, teamwork, problem-solving, data analysis, compliance, risk management, resource allocation, and adaptability. Her skills, honed through managing a laboratory, can be applied to efficiently oversee a town's finances, maintain records, handle budgets, collaborate with various stakeholders, and make informed financial decisions. This adaptability allows Elisa to address changing financial regulations and economic conditions effectively.Elisa's expertise complements the responsibilities of a town treasurer, enabling sound financial management and decision-making for our community.


Nancy Barrett 
Board of Finance

Her dedication and contributions to the community have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her receipt of the Active Citizenship Award from the North Haven Democratic Town Committee. Nancy's diverse expertise, unwavering commitment to public service, active community engagement, advocacy, leadership skills, and recognition for active citizenship collectively make her a highly effective and valuable elected official. She is well-equipped to address the diverse needs and concerns of our community and work diligently toward its betterment.


Kathleen Fox
Board of Assessment Appeals

Kathy's involvement in the North Haven Democratic Town Committee and as a North Haven Constable reflects a genuine commitment to community engagement and public service. She has actively participated in various committees and events, demonstrating her dedication to local activism and recruitment. Her community involvement and leadership experience position Kathy well as a dedicated and engaged elected official who can effectively represent and serve her constituents.


Kenneth Quick 
Planning & Zoning Commission

With over 20 years of experience as a technical sales professional, Ken excels in developing and presenting technical solutions to corporate clients. He has a proven track record of maintaining long-term, profitable client relationships and increasing sales through managed services, hosted applications, and telecommunications products. Ken's expertise includes advanced network design, SDWAN, Cisco VOIP, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and more. In his current role as an Enterprise Sales Account Executive at Presidio Networked Solutions, he has designed foundational networks, implemented data center solutions, and provided collaboration and contact center solutions. He also focuses on business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. Ken's experience makes them well-suited for an elected official role, as he has a strong history of understanding and addressing complex technical needs, collaborating with clients, and delivering effective solutions.


Sumit Sharma
Zoning Board of Appeals

 Sumit is a new homeowner in town.  He volunteers at the southwestern area health education center as a board member and participates in CERT in Bridgeport, CT.  Sumit joined the NHDTC within the past two years. He has been an active member, attending events, volunteering, and serving on several committees.  Sumit also serves on the community services board in North Haven. He currently serves as the Acting Director of Health for the City of Bridgeport, where he has gained experience in matters related to public health, zoning regulations, and public hearings.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Divinity, and a Master of Public Health. Sumit is committed to public service and looks forward to serving our town on the zoning board of appeals. 


Jonathan Lewin 
Zoning Board of Assessment Appeals Alternates

Jonathan's extensive legal knowledge, courtroom experience, commitment to justice, and involvement in professional organizations make them an outstanding choice for an elected official. His ability to work within the legal framework and his dedication to community safety and fairness position him as a valuable asset in a public office, where he can continue to make a significant positive impact on our community.


Marc Calafiore
Police Commissioner

Marc's long-standing commitment to public safety, his impressive career progression, and his leadership roles in law enforcement make him a strong candidate for an elected official. Marc's dedication to protecting and serving the community, combined with his extensive experience and skills, positions him as a candidate who can effectively address public safety and law enforcement issues in this role as an elected official.


Jennifer Caldwell
Fire Commissioner

Jennie has lived in North Haven for 17 years. She has two children who graduated from North Haven Schools. Jennie has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, a Master of Education in Special Education and a Master of Science in Health Care Management. She has worked for most of her career as an occupational therapist with children and adults in public schools, outpatient clinics and within the home. Currently she works for Community Health Network of Connecticut as a Quality Management Project Manager. Jennie has been involved with the NHDTC since 2010 serving in a variety of roles from committee chair, treasurer, vice chair and chair. She served on the North Haven Board of Education from 2011 to 2017.  She is currently serving on the fire commission. Jennie is interested in continuing her work on the fire commission for the next term. Her focus has been budgetary oversight, transparency and accountability to ensure the public is aware of the plans and needs of the department.  She will continue to advocate for ensuring that fire fighters have the resources they need to safely serve our community.

Her administrative skills, commitment to public service, and involvement in numerous committees and organizations make Pat a valuable asset to the North Haven communities she serves.  Importantly Pat leaves a lasting impact on those she encountered along her journey.
